Our Story
Hello, my name is Jack Martin and this is my partner Jillian Windebank. We are the second-generation owners here at Bozco's.

My mother, Deb Drury Mahone, and her business partner Christine Joslin opened Bozco’s in 1993.

They decided to open Bozco’s because at the time Coldwater didn’t have a lot of restaurants available for dinner service and it was in high demand.
I grew up in the restaurant and the idea of it one-day closing or being sold was unimaginable for me.

Bozco’s has always been home for me. So, I decided to learn how to make pizza and take over the family business.
Our Food
Here at Bozco’s, we make our pizza dough daily with fresh ingredients to create an old-school American-style pizza.
We have unique Bozco’s exclusive items such as our Scaccia and Bozco’s Bread.
Our burgers are 100% ground beef fresh never frozen and made fresh to order.

Community Involvement
Bozco’s has always been involved in the community providing weekly school pizza days, supporting the Coldwater School Breakfast Club. Participating in local events such as Steampunk Festival, Duck Race, Coldwater Fall Fair, and many others. We are always looking to be more involved in any way we can so feel free to reach out if you have any ideas for us.

Environmental Impact
Taking care of our environment is important to us. Our goal is to be as environmentally friendly as possible. This includes composting any paper products we use in-house and recycling any and all recyclables. Many of you have noticed we have switched to paper bags instead of plastic and we will continue to switch our products to more sustainable packaging when the right options are available to us.
All of our vegetable scraps are given to a local Coldwater animal rescue called Motley and His Crew they aren’t picky eaters. 😊
